Our Team

Brian has helped clients with a wide range of financial issues and life transitions ranging from divorce, sales of privately owned businesses, unexpected passings and the completion and liquidation of complicated multi-state real estate developments and holdings. Brian also has significant experience in complex real estate investments and development and assists high net worth clients with CPA’s, Estate Attorneys, and Insurance professionals to help align their estates with their goals.  Further he has experience with complex litigation and has been instrumental in helping clients resolve a wide range of complex and difficult financial issues. 

Brian graduated from the University of San Diego Business School in 1980 and earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1983.

Olivian is Senior Wealth Advisor and Chief Investment Officer for CSJ Wealth. Before joining the team, he served as lead advisor at Dowling & Yahnke, being responsible for advising clients on a wide spectrum of wealth management issues, including investment management, financial planning, tax planning, philanthropy and inter-generational wealth transfers. He also held the roles of vice president at Avantis Investors® and Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA), working closely with wealth advisors across Southern California on portfolio design, client communication, and practice growth.

Olivian earned a bachelor of science in engineering from Transilvania University of Brasov in Romania, a master of science in forestry from Louisiana State University, and a master of business administration in finance and entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the CFP® credential.

He currently serves as president of the UCLA Anderson San Diego alumni chapter and is a member of UCLA Chancellor’s Society. He enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and two daughters, playing racket sports, and starting projects around the house; occasionally he even finishes them. 

Tammy Temple is our Chief of Staff. Tammy is a master at working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with multiple layers of responsibility that require impeccable communication skills, a high-level of organization, and a specific attention to detail. She excels at putting systems and structures in place where there are none. Tammy is assertive, resourceful and able to anticipate the needs of any project and has an innate ability to build strong and respected relationships alongside those with whom she works.
